Stay true II is a portrait of strength without disguise. Dressed in a deep blue coat and richly coloured waistcoat, the tiger meets the viewer with a steady, self-assured gaze. The loosely drawn crown above his head is not inherited status; it represents the authority that comes from knowing who you are and refusing to trade authenticity for approval.
Against an energetic field of charcoal, olive, white and gold-toned marks, his natural stripes remain the most powerful pattern in the room. Formal tailoring and untamed instinct exist side by side, suggesting that ambition does not require us to silence what makes us distinctive.
