This is an imagined variation of the thoracopagus conjoined twins fetal skeleton. four arms, four legs and two heads but fused at the chest and pelvis. The most famous thoracopagus conjoined twins where Chang and Eng Bunker (1811–1874). Thai-American brothers, born in Siam, Chang and Eng were joined at the torso by a band of flesh and cartilage at their sternum, with apparently fused livers.
